New British Coinage

My son is heading to England soon on the 2nd leg of his "People-to-People" trip. I told him to have fun and not worry about getting me anything - - his having fun & experiencing things is gift enough.......
But I DID tell him to keep his eyes out for any of the new coinage being introduced there this year.
Anyone have any info on what pieces are being produced when for general circulation, as well as whether or not they will be producing any relatively inexpensive collectors sets?

P.S. Any other fellow collectors have any experience with "People-to-People" Student Ambassadors Program? (either themselves or kids/relatives/neighbors?).

This finally arrived from G.B. It took weeks to get here but was definately worth the wait. This is the clad proof set, handsomely packaged and nicely struck.HM
Can you tell me the price for that set, and what site you ordered them from? Any other varieties available?
Thanks!

I'm not fond of the Brits, but I agree! Very sharp coins! Thanks for posting them!
