Added a new coin to the Anacs Photo Certificate set........***Grade Revealed***

Thanks to a forum member I filled one of the commem. spots in the 7070 anacs photo type set. What do you think Anacs graded it in the 1980's and what would you grade it now?

Good guesses. Here is the certificate. I agree with the grade and think this coin would probably be about a 63 today. Now that I've seen many of these certificates, I've noticed that the early 80's up to about 84 are conservativley graded by today's standards and the later ones 85 to 89 seem to be on par with todays standards.
