As stated before, The NNC holder is mostly a minus but I have found that most modern stuff like yours is pretty much on the up and up from this "grader/dealer/seller" (at least in my observations). I have had a couple of positive experiences with him in the past as well as a couple of not so pleasant dealings (even a blind pig finds an acorn once in awhile)... It all depends on if you get a coin for less than catalog and are willing to take a chance at a crossover grade lower than listed (on the older stuff anyway, unless it gets bagged for cleaning or damage {YOU have to know what you are looking for!}. If there is hidden rim damage found after you open the "capsule" you are SOL. I have cracked every slab open that I have bought through him or another party (before I knew better), and have about a 50% "happy" with my purchase ratio (and I have bought nine)... I still keep looking for those few elusive nice coins that get put in these holders (I have found two) that seem to keep people interested and examining all of the other crap in these holders, it is almost like a grab bag purchase, some are honest, others are pretty close and others are not even in the same ballpark, it's all in the luck of the bag, or rather the "slab" picked, and in how sharp of an eye you have. Looking for subtle toning is a good indicator so far for me in being happy...
