"no grade available".........HUH?

Checking my latest submissions, I found one order that looked as if it has been completed. However, in the column which shows the grade it has "no grade available". Not sure what this means. Anyone here have a similar experience?
Thanks.

I've had that happen to me a couple of times. Based upon when I got that message and how quickly after that the grades really did appear, my guess is there's a lag time between when the graders and finalizer finish with the coin and assign a grade, and when the coin is actually placed in a holder and is ready for shipment. It sounds like your order was finished at the end of the day (Friday?) but they closed down for the weekend before it went to the Sealing Department and then to Shipping.
    When in doubt, don't.
