OT-Is Paypal holding payments for Wii consoles?

Was in Wal-mart earler and they had 2 Wii consoles in stock so I grabbed both of them. Last time they got 2 I talked myself out of getting them then when I saw what they are still bringing on Ebay I went back about 3 hours later and they were gone. I am just curious if Paypal is automatically holding payments on these or is it based on your DSRs?

PP will hold the payment.

If you list them, use "Immediate Payment Required."

Super-High fraud item; scammers from Europe/Africa; and, teenagers
with broken units that they will return to you when they get your new one.

Record the serial number, put a seller's mark on the case, and cover the
screwheads with wax or rubber-cement. The smart kids will replace the
guts and send you the case with your marks and serial number.

IF the PP hold is troublesome, you can try calling EBAY/PP and asking them to
waive the requirement. If you only have one or two they might do it.

I got tired of arguing with them and just opened a Money Market account
and told them to hold whatever they wanted to. They have had $10K on
rotational hold since late March. AND, the ones I sell are NOT even NEW!

Yeah I know its a high fraud item, I have all the required blocks in place already.

I really don't want to open the boxes up to put a mark on them if I can avoid it.

I just asked another Power Seller who sells alot of them and he said Paypal is not holding his payments.
