Read a similar article on Numismatic News website - while I understand the importance of this legend, I fall to see how it fits the legislation requiring that the reverse be emblematic of one famous Native American. Sadly, this gets rid of the best new reverse design in years and adds edge lettering. The reverse of the Presidential dollars looks like a casino token to me, and the edge lettering on the dollars looks worse than the edge lettering on the Capped Bust halves from the 1830s. Why mess with this beautiful coin anyway, since the only way the majority of Americans will spend these dollars in commerce is by getting rid of the dollar bill.
