I can find info on the standard (chrome) 1994 Classic rookie express cards, but I haven't found much on these "glow in the dark" versions.

This card has a lot going for it:
1) It's made by Classic
2) It's Brooks Kieschnick
3) It glows in the dark
I can't think of a combination of three things that could make a card any less valuable.

From my limited snooping around it appears that card is the only card in the set that glowed?

I looked around on Ebay, and there are folks selling the whole set, and each set has a Kieschnick card like this.
