    Regardless of what happened in the situation, I can tell by the tone of his posts that he is not someone I want in my life.

    This is how things unfolded:

    Jason apparently failed to deliver a card to someone and wouldn't issue a refund to the guy.

    Item was paid for via Money Order (PayPal not accepted)

    Jason didn't send package with DC; only had postal receipt.

    The guy negged him.

    Jason used his wife's eBay account to purchase something from the guy that negged him and then negged the guy in return since he couldn't send a retaliatory one as a seller.

    Jason and his wife were reported to the eBay Trust & Safety Team for investigation.

    eBay suspended Jason and his wife and then removed the negs from the buyer.

    Neither Jason nor his wife are allowed to sell.

    Such suspensions usually last 30-days, on the first offense.

    The member is not NARUd; only suspended.

    Thanks for the link. I was wondering what happened there.

    I won some cards from him on 6/5 and he went NARU before I could checkout/pay. He wasn't NARU for that long before he came back, maybe a week.

    What I find most amusing is that a seller like this guy will whine about all these costs associated with shipping and then spend about 12 hours of his own time bickering and defending himself on a message board to justify his actions, however misguided.


    Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
