Props to Ivan at PSA!

Since a lot of the negative feedback from dealings with PSA gets mentioned here, I wanted to bring up a positive experience.

I had an issue with a submission of mine, and called PSA to get it straightened out. I spoke with Ivan at PSA in regards to the issue with the original submission. Once the problem was worked out on the first submission, Ivan was nice enough to help me out and had my most recent submission of 20 cards zip right through, and called me to ensure everything was being taken care of ASAP. (If only he could've helped me get better grades, but hey, this isn't PRO we're talking about here.)

So thanks to Ivan and the customer service folks at PSA for handling my issue very well....

Good to hear something positive!!! It seems like PSA is working overtime to get orders turned around faster for sure. Nice to see!!!

That's good for you, now if they would only grade the cards in the order that they come in, really, how much sense does that make?

So is that a positive experience for me when your cards get pushed ahead of mine even though mine have been there longer?

I've had the pleasure of meeting Ivan a few times in getting my order straightened out, the guy has helped me a few times.

I have heard good things about Ivan. Let me say from personal experience PSA girls are HOT I mean HOTT. They can take my submission anyday.....

Ivan has helped me in the past as well. That said, I don't buy the theory of them working overtime to get subs out. Mine is dated 4/30/2008 and has not popped yet. It is not a large sub. either.
