I don't know if anyone deals with sims classic sports here, but I owe them a thank you. I keep forgetting to thank Sims Classic Sportsm simsclassicsports.com ebay, http://stores.ebay.com/Sims-Classic-Sports for giving me a full refund, no questions asked on a rookie card I never received in the mail. They kindly provided proof of shipping to show when it shipped, but the card must have got lost and he gave me back a full refund, no questions asked. It was my first purchase there, but it won't be my last.

Always good. I guess they understand it is better to eat the cost of one transaction to secure future business than to argue about who's fault it is. Kudos!
