We hear all the time about proof coins found in circulation; what about proof coins found in the dirt?

    I have not.. but seem to recall seeing a post about one... maybe a year ago.... could be wrong. Cheers, RickO

    i have dug 2 of those USmint coins that come with a proof set. other than that i got a proof SBA dollar at a post office. i put a $20 bill in a machine to buy stamps. the change given were SBA dollars. one was a cameo with an "S" MM.
