Sub Form Problem

As you can tell, I am a new member and I have just received my package. However, instead of receiving 6 complementary submission forms, I received 4 with no indication that they are paid for. What am I missing here because I know they did not rip me off.

    Those are just submission forms. You should have received a welcome letter, of which the bottom half is a perforated coupon for 6 free submissions.
