Anyone recognize this one?

This coin is 20mm in diameter, very thin, and appears to be made of billion. It's dated 1691. Anyone have any ideas?

I'm not sure either but Papal sounds right. Perhaps Austrian if I had to pick twice.

That is what the inscription says, but who was Saint Wolfgang?

Wikipedia it. Archbishop of Regensburg and Prince of the Holy Roman Empire, in the 900's AD.
