Does PSA grade these?

I have a full set of what I think are "Smokey American League" cards. I'm sure PSA considers them tall boys but I need to know if they grade them at all as they are not listed in the hand cut section. They come in one big perforated panel. There is one set/card in 1987 as "smokey national league" and I bet that is the national league version of this card but I cannot be sure.

I've never sub'd tall boys. Is there anything special to packaging them? as I do not have card savers big enough, any suggestions?

Scanner resolution is set low so image sucks but cards are nice!

They graded this, so I would think they would grade yours. I'm not sure how mine was originally distributed though.

It looks as if we do the National League but I will not be able to double check on the American Leage until Monday.

Also, if they are perforated cards they need to be torn. If you cut them along the perforation they will be considered trimmed.

Check and see if Card Saver IVs will hold them properly.

I'm told we can do the American League version. Remember, Tallboys must be on their own submission form, they can not be submitted with regular sized issues.
