FREE-ish: Custom wall-hangable frame for 4 silver dollars or similar

I bought a group of medals because I wanted the medals, and they came in a really nice frame. I don't have any use for the frame, but it's really nice and probably cost a bit to build in the first place. I hate to throw it out... but I don't want to hang onto it either.
Frame is 8.25 inches square, with glass on both sides surrounding some sort of board in the middle. The four holes held 38mm medals, which means that they'd also work for normal silver dollars.
I'd like to cover my costs for shipping and PayPal fees. First taker has the choice of shipping via Priority Mail flat-rate envelope with not much padding (glass probably won't break, but your risk) for [claimed] or via Priority Mail flat-rate box for [claimed].
