Ancient Coin Help Needed - Silver Antoninianus of Gordian III

I received this coin from a giveaway, and I'm seeking information. I know next to nothing about ancient coinage, so my main question is - is it genuine? It weighs ~3.8g and has a slight high pitch ring when dropped. Maybe it's silver-clad? It doesn't have that 90% silver sound. Also, I can't see a seam around the edge, but I don't know if that helps.
Does anyone know? And, if it is genuine, can you provide me with an idea of grade and value?

It is also probably slightly crystallized which would give it a high "tinny" kind of ring.
