1937 Allstar game photo
Guys
A buddy of mine has an original photo (4x6) of Gerhig, Cronin, Dickey, Dimaggio, Gerringer, Foxx and Greenberg.
It is not a wire Photo. Evidently it was taken at the 1937 allstar game and then used in a local (NY) paper.
Does anyone have any idea as to its value? I told him I had no idea but would think it was worth a couple/few hundred to
the right person. Do many people collect this sort of thing? The condition was EX Fine IMO no cracks or bends.
Thanks in advance for any help.
I did check ebay.

Also, is the picture any good? Aesthetically, and/or technically? Good tonal range, or blown out?

It would be kind of strange if is the same photo and your friend's is the original. This one ends tomorrow.
If his is the original and he gets it authenticated I would have to think it's worth at least a couple hundred. Where the heck do you get original photos of lou gehrig and a handful of HOFers?
