What teams do you support and do you collect their cards & memorabilia?

For me its...

San Francisco Giants
San Jose Sharks
Cal Bears
US Men's National Soccer Team
Newcastle United (English soccer club)
Fiorentina (Italian soccer club)

Don't really collect cards or memorabilia specific to any of them as I am primarily a set collector, with the exception being my Willie McCovey collection.

    my pops loved the Boston Celtics, so I've adopted them as my fav basketball team until the Bucks can take their heads out of their collective asses.

    Many of my favorite players also play for other teams though. I think that sort of "comes with the territory" when you collect cards or memorabilia. There's usually a pretty wide range of interests.

    The Patriots and Red Sox are my favorite teams and I follow them and love them through thick and thin- however I dont have any Patriots or Sox players in my Vintage Collection, I plan on getting a Ted Williams graded card at some point but thats about it.

    Edit- And a Harry Agganis card as well.

    Edit again- I do like the Irish- Football only.

    I root for the Yankees, Cowboys, Lakers and Canadiens...just kidding - I hate those people

    Born and raised in Boston...

    Baseball: Red Sox (Dad's tombstone says "Never saw the Red Sox Win the World Series" - seriously)
    Basketball: Celtics - WORLD CHAMPIONS BABY
    Football: Patriots - grew up in Walpole, MA - the town next to Foxborough (yes, it's actually spelled that way)
    Hockey: Bruins
    College Football: no team - I like watching the SEC and Big 12 but I went to a small college so I have no allegiance
    College Basketball: UMass - dad's school and we really got into the Harper Williams and Lou Roe teams of the early 90's together.
    Golf: Phil Mickelson and whoever is in contention against Tiger Woods - I even root for the Euro's because Tiger plays for the US in the Ryder Cup (except this year, I'll actually be able to support my own country's team - thank the lord)

    Hands down, my passion is the Washington Redskins. I am a bad, mad, crazy addict during football season - the biggest Redskins fan you will ever meet. Baseball is the Baltimore Orioles, but I am trying to get into the Nationals. It's just tough to root for a new team when you have been cheering for a team for sooooooo long. Hockey is the Washington Capitals. I love the sport and I am a puckhead. I am also a huge UofM fan as the school I went to, GO TERPS!!!!!! Can you tell I grew up here????? LOL

    Ripken, Brooks & Frank Robinson, Old Orioles, Sweet Spot Autos, older Redskins - Riggins, Sonny, Baugh etc and anything that catches my eye. image

    UCLA hoops/football, Dodger's, Sac King's, LA Ram's (or St. Louis if you prefer) and that's about it.

    KC Chiefs, Jacksonville Jaguars (less then the Chiefs), WSU Men's Basketball & Baseball, KC Royals (somewhat....I wonder if I could name 20 players playing today), Wichita Wrangles....scratch that they left last year....and any team that happens to play the San Diego Chargers.

    Raiders somewhat but more fair weather fan with them.

    I don't watch soccer as a general rule, but ever since working at the 1994 World Cup at Stanford I get caught up in World Cup fever whenever it comes around. Usually root for Brazil for no other reason than they play a very entertaining style. They played three games at Stanford and got to say their fans are some of the best I have ever seen.

    Baseball - New York Yankees (Do not solely collect Yankees though) - I am more a fan of the game than any single team. However, the Yankees are always on where I am at and they have the greatest history of any team. Besides, Mickey Mantle is probably my all time favorite player.
    Football - Dallas Cowboys and Buffalo Bills (Have modest Cowboys collection)
    Hockey - Not a big fan, but I follow the Sabres
    Basketball - I really don't care. Glad to see the Celtics win.
    College Basketball - No team, but do enjoy March Madness.
    College Football - Very casual Notre Dame fan.
