Because there is NO WAY IN HELL they will win the Stanley Cup in the next decade......(or century)
The streak of boston championships dies a cold, slow death on the icy floor of the TD Banknorth center...I realize that hope springs eternal because EVERYONE makes the playoffs in Hockey...but come on!
