guess he got what was coming to him, although a bit light need to send a copy of this to other scammers, or would be scammers to warn them that enough is enough Text
I bought a 1964 topps hockey set from this clown a few years back. He showed a nice store in his ebay ad so I assumed everything was legit. I paid for FEDEX overnight delivery due to the dollar amount so that I could track the package. Needless to say, he never delivered. After two weeks of excuses, I sued him and he ended up sending me my money back. You would think it would end there...but his check bounced. He ended up paying finally...
Since he has been ordered to pay restitution to his victims, maybe you should contact the RCMP or the FBI referencing this RCMP doc and see if you can get some of your money? They may have a list or file open that can be added to? Just a thought

Thanks. I actually just called Sgt Ryan, whose number accompanies the article. I am waiting for him to call back. Hopefully everything will work out. It would be great if I could get my money back. It was definitely a stupid thing for me to wire a good amount of money to someone. Good thing I kept all the receipts and e-mails we have back and forth.

The guy got off more than a bit light if you ask me, but then again I'm just an ignorant, gun-toting Yankee so what do I know about enlightened French, I mean Canadian, sense of justice.
