One is 5.10 oz and priced at $1000 which is about 5% cheaper per oz than the recent Heritage sale.

The other is 3.58 oz and priced at $700.

Mid 70's today, cloudy in morning, sun in afternoon. Should be close to 90 tomorrow.

Pollinated the giant pumpkin yesterday. Hoping for 1000 lbs in 70 days.

Too much rain the past 2 weeks. The first pumpkin developed a crack on the stem and it filled up with water. It is rotten. Dug it out and am hoping there are enough secondary vines to keep the 'kin growing to maturity so I can get the seeds. According to the charts it was well on its way to 1000 pounds. Now if I can just nurse it to 200 I'll be happy.

Plant #2 is questionable also. Might be a tough year in the pumpkin patch.
