I have new camera..cannon S5 IS.....I am a longggggggggggg way from learning it yet

I took a crack at it-- it is a tuff coin to image, because of the weird grainy matte finish.

Use the USB cable and 'Remote Capture' with your computer.

Get some OTT lights

Both make a big difference (to me anyway)

(I also tape a 3x magnification lens to the camera for closeups)

Unfortnately OTT lights are not available in Europe.
