    Well Topps is wrong about using player images. Upper Deck used generic Sport Kings style silhouettes.

    I find Topps' lawsuit somewhat ridiculous. They reached an agreement in April of 2008. I have no idea what the production timeframe for producing a product with cut signatures is, but I bet it's a helluva lot longer than a month and a half. What is UD supposed to do in the middle of production, remove the big name guys who drive the product sales?

    That actually happens alot. There have been many cases where a legal issue will come up right before the product goes live and it will delay. Its not just Topps suing UD over this its also the company that Topps signed with. UD does not have permission to use the images that CMG owns that is a clear lawsuit.
