Are mid to late 1990's inserts in PSA 10 or BGS 9.5 hot again?

I've noticed a few 1990's inserts in Gem Mint are going for decent coin. Are people starting to collect these cards again? Maybe player collectors? I know that some of those inserts were very tough to pull. They may not be rare, but it did take a lot of packs to get them.

What cards are you talking about in particular? Registry specific cards can sometimes bring big premiums.

I havent noticed graded inserts that often, but I have noticed that raw inserts from the mid 1990's on , while not increasing too much in value, have actually started selling on ebay. Most are the 1:72 packs kind or of star players.
