Mexican coinage help

I have never really collected foreign coins, but.....I have found one I really like. Is there a good online price reference.
I hate to make a sizeable purchase totally blind. Any help would be appreciated.
By the way it's an 1826 one reale ms-65.

For something like this, you'd probably need to find a "prices realized" list from a recent auction. Early high grade Mexican material is scarce, and price guides (online or otherwise) are likely not going to be very accurate. BTW- these [1826 one reale] were made at more than one mint. image

It might be fun to put together a complete set of this quality. Give it a try!
