    How many packs did you bust, and did you get a complete set? I busted multiple boxes of those back in 1982 and never completed a set but had like 5 of every strip that I did get. Never did find out if they were short printed.

    I busted about 20 boxes over the last years but threw away most of them. I just busted 2 boxes. Just looking for a few to grade. I wish you guys responded earlier, the garveys and murphys are in the garbage now. I am busting another box tomorrow so if i get any murphys or garveys i will pull them for you guys.
    I pulled some ryans, bretts, winfield,jackson,murray, etc.
    Since there is no name on the stamp, i must have not recognized garvey and murphy or i would have pulled them

    I never tried putting a set together so I am not sure but i know i got multiples of every star. Some boxes had no ryan's. Some had 5 or 6 so I am sure if you get a couple of the wrong boxes you could still be short for the set.

    Ozzie is in a really bad place on the panel. He always has the glue marks on the back which is an auto 2. You would have to remove the glue to get a higher grade. Same thing with reggie jackson and george brett. Brett is one of the most collected players on the registry and there hasnt been a single one graded because of that glue that also comes on the ozzie.
