I searched all through this site, but couldn't find this question (or answer)

are there any websites that have cumulative BBL's? or does anyone have one from their own experience + informative posts here?

It seems that rottenbidders dot com may have been enjoined.
I am not surprised; it was the wild-west.

By the end of the month, one or more leaders will emerge.
It is important NOT to get sucked into any irresponsible
plans; there could be liability issues, if the things are not
    done correctly.

Lists will be available for sale/rent. They will be broken into
    item categories.

You can explore the EBAY feedback board for news about
progress. Also, powersellersunite dot com will have updates.
(Do NOT post on the EBAY boards, at this time. It is NOT
safe to do so; cheerleaders are hit by detractors, and detractors
are hit by EBAY. Good to read; bad to post. IF you feel you must
    post (OCD) use a posting-ID, NOT a selling-ID.)

Checking the feedback-left-for-others by bidders is currently
the best - but most time consuming - defense. Toolhaus dot org
will likely have a good product soon.

The best defense against malicious buyers in BIN is the "immediate
    payment required" feature.

Sellers who have other TRUSTED sellers in their circle might consider
trading lists. There are some downsides to this, that are not necessary
    to discuss here.

Until things calm down, MY policy is to attempt to block ALL bidders
in my categories who have left NEGS/NEUTS since May 19.

I have not NEGd buyers/sellers in years.

A guy in the UK was shut down tonight. He had won $60K in auctions
in the last 24-hours; he went on a multi-hundred NEG-spree. EBAY
will claim that such CRIMINALS are "seller generated," but I dunno.
One guy had more than 100-IDs.

Patience is going to be required while commerce figures out a way
to best profit from distributing the info sellers need and want.
