If that is your seller ebay id, I'd like to know, since I would add another to my favorite seller's list. Just knowing that centles ticks you off same as me says a lot about your integrity.

Indeed, i'd like to know too, as it appears I just won the Swiss franc from him!
Since we're on the subject of my favorite scumbag, did you know that ole' (the latter ebay seller you brought up) has some of the finest grading eyes out there? The owner (i won't post his name, in case he is sue happy) was a finalist in PCGS's World Series of Grading a couple years back, and almost won the whole shebang (i think he finished second?). If anyone notices from his buying account, he buys coins on ebay with a very strict eye for originality and grade and many on the US coin forum report that he outbids them often. All of these gems i'm sure he submits to PCGS, using the ill-gotten gains from his slab "business" to buy them.
The 'third-world' TPGs are certainly a big issue to collectors, but many of them may be hack graders anyway. Of course that is certainly an issue, as you should only trust your coins to a reputable firm. The problem with this particular seller, is that he has fantastic grading eyes, he just opts not to use them when self-slabbing his cleaned/damaged crap for his clients (victims) on ebay. He prefers to use his keen eyes to buy coins for his own collection, and have them slabbed by a reputable company.
quite the sham artist.......also, with his legal action against ebay, i'm not surprised he has closed up shop under his well-known (loved or hated, depending on if you found out you were fleeced) name to start a new one. The thing that makes me laugh is this: now that you can't hold a buyer hostage with negative feedback retailiation, he is crazy to think that some people on these forums and others, won't start buying his low cost stuff just to leave negative feedback! hmmm..............
<< <i>I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't end up PCGS. Does Ron submit coins to PCGS? I believe David Hall does not. >>
I highly doubt Ron does. David Hall may not directly, but all of his coins on his 'David Hall rare coins' website are PCGS certifed. They get certifed somehow; do his employees do it for him?
No, David's employees do not submit either. According to several posts that he has made in the past (on these forums and elsewhere), David always buys coins that are already graded and then flips them.

I just realized that i have this same coin, in the same grade. I remembered I have the 'A' Mint, but was noticed this morning it is the 'J'. I got it a few months ago off of German ebay for around $80 if i recall (didn't think much at the time, but can't complain now!). It is in the old no line fatty slab, so it must have been graded 20 or so years ago not entered into the pop reports. looks like the pop is now 2/0 at MS65. I don't however have any more from other 1907 mintmarks, so i have to finish that year too.

Also on the centsles front he has another user name "world_coinz (0)". He's listing the bulk of his chirico collection coins through it

Neither David Hall nor I submit coins to PCGS, either directly or indirectly. I wish I could!
