I need to exchange US$500 to Chinese Yuan. If anyone has any that they can exchange for the current exchange rate, please PM me. Just trying to find a way to avoid commissions you know. image

    Try an American Express Travel Service office or a private moneychanger in Manhattan. There are times when they will exchange RMB for Dollars at below official rates.
