All Time Red Sox Famous Quotes: "We had a lot of testosterone going tonight"

"I think they were just exchanging some views on things," Red Sox manager Terry Francona said. "We had a lot of testosterone going tonight. It was kind of a hectic night. Sometimes those things happen. It wasn't really a big deal, and it won't be a big deal. It happens. We'll get by that one. Sometimes things happen and we'll handle it. In fact, it's been handled and we'll move on from that one. It really wasn't that big a deal."

How many times can one say its not a big deal in a paragraph. LOL

Manny, Youkilis engage in dugout debate

Is this something like the "Bronx Zoo"? Hell, it could be good. They won it all in 1978.

"The answer was in the Patriots eyes. Gone were the swagger and c0ck sure smirks, replaced by downcast eyes and heads in hands. For his poise and leadership Eli Manning was named the game's MVP. The 2007 Giants were never perfect nor meant to be. They were fighters, scrappers....now they could be called something else, World Champions."

  • I'd rather see Manny and Youk slugging it out than go back to the old days of the entire team
up on the top steps of the dugout watching the game and Nomar Garpussiearra sitting by
himself sulking on the bench. His attitude was much more poisonous than this little issue
    will ever be.

Its all good Matt! 2004 erased that horrible memory of being an innocent 16 year old kid getting his heart ripped out and stomped on- and for good measure-spit on. Im past that now. image
