Super nice 1868 Snow-1 Doubled Die Obverse. The "RTY" in liberty, the "L" and ribbon are doubled. Quite rare as the Fly-in-Club known population is 29 coins, this would make 30. Only 5 or so graded this high. The coin is a solid MS64 mostly brown with just a trace of mint red. Rick Snow has viewed this coin and attributed it as such but it did not qualify for photo seal due to it being MS64BN and not RB as indicated on the slab. The obverse has a nice blue/green flush across the cheek and other high points, with hints of pink and magenta toning as well. A single carbon spot below the ear. The reverse is mostly brown with traces of mint red. These never come up for sale so they are difficult to price. I'm asking $495, which is no premium for the DDO . 3-day return privliage, free shipping. Check or money order. This is a very attractive coin in hand.
