In case you got sniped on his sweet GB "proofs", he has more

Look MacCrimmon! You may have missed out on his DMPL Crown awhile back, but he has "made" more. This time in the Double Florin variety, right up my alley!

Take a look at his other auctions, I think Mac hit the nail on the head last time when he said: "There's now a shortage of jeweler's rouge in the UK..........................image"

Oh, and the super duper polished Crown we were laughing about that sold for far above melt (which was all it is worth)......by looking at the seller's feedback, it appears the buyer (i.e. sucker) is happy with it. Oh well, ignorance is bliss I guess...........

Well, he does say to make up your own mind about grading....I guess the Brits ought not to get too smug about our grading and dipping (OK, collectively as I know nobody here has EVER "doctored"). I think the next step is that he may begin to emulate "greatto-i-g" or other sellers with colour on their minds...

As a disclaimer,"g-t" apparently is just much better than the rest of us at selecting "NT" pieces. Anyway, as long as people buy wares from Doogy's friend, they will stay in business. Caveat emptor!

    Mac:

It will likely take you that long just to get up off the floor and stop laughing...

Experience the World through Numismatics...it's more than you can imagine.

  • I notice he's still using the super whammadyne SUPER MACKRO CAMERA.
