Ebay's Idiotic Policy Regarding ICCS Listings

Canadian users may list ICCS coins, but not US users. OH WAIT UNLESS YOU"RE HERITAGE.
I didn't even list the coin as ICCS I listed my coin as PCGS because that's who it was graded. I mention that it was previously graded by ICCS and they still canceled it.
ICCS my have gone downhill just a tad recently but they still grade on par with NGC and above ICG and ANACS and many do cross on par with PCGS.
It's not like they are PCI or NNC or something shady like that.
It's really frustrating.
