PSA Grading help

Hi all,
I live in Toronto, and have a few cards I would like to get graded by PSA
they are vintage. I have some bad experiences with sending cards to the USA for grading, have been hit with $100's of dollars worth of fees when they come back across the border, even though they say "Canadian Goods returning to Canada" on the customs forms, they still charged me over $198 in taxes.
I had to go to the Canad Customs office here in Toronto to have the monies returned to me, have to jump through hoops provong they were originally my cards. The customs official told me that they no longer honour "Canadian Goods returning to Canada" when it comes to some things as there has been a bunch of fraud, so they just charge and return afterwards if need be.
So, I know that there are a few dealers that deal with BGS, The Toronto Card Show will do it on the 45 day turn around, saves all the customs headaches.
My Question is this:
Is there a dealer that deals with PSA?, or are there any PSA members here that would allow me to piggyback some cards for grading to PSA?
Thanks for the help

That I totally accept
But the last submission I made to Beckett as an example, they were modern cards, I had a value of $1450 for insurance purposes on my cards
They charged me taxes on MY value, came to $198 in duties and taxes, even though the grading was only $100 and they were plainly marked on customs forms as Goods retuning to Canada
I will be getting most back, just a big headache
<< <i>Thats crazy to hear! I live in Niagara Falls Canada and have never been hit with any taxes or anything. I have sent quite a few orders to PSA over the years and never had a problem. >>
Same here, I'm in Calgary and have a value of $500 on my package and didn't pay a dime on customs charges.
