The ring itself weighs 15 grams total. The coin weighs 8 grams so the ring weighs 7 grams of 18K gold. So to my calculations, there is 12.5 grams of pure in this ring. This is not something you can really find here in the states because the U.S. uses mostly 14K. This ring is from Syria and is a very nice piece. The size is a mens 11 & 1/2. I'm not too sure of the size, all I know is that it's a men's ring. What I can do is take it to a jewelry store and have them size it for me and I'll PM you the size. Thanks for the response.
