Are these cards tough to find in high grade?

I rarely see this 1962 Topps Meredith show up on ebay especially in a high grade PSA holder.

    Probably the most difficult FB issue of all time to find in high grade due to the black borders. Similar to 71 Topps BB in that regard.

    It's my favorite football set from the 1960s and I rarely see high graded versions show up on ebay.
