My new Lincoln's...

Hey all, I took a visit to a dealer yesterday, and got a few nice coins I think. Picked up a few to help finish my sets, not much, but they do look nice to me, lol. I got:

1911-D Lincoln Cent, strong XF-45 IMHO, for $45
1938-P Lincoln Cent, gorgeous toning (IMHO) and GEM, (JMO) for $3
and a 1918-S Lincoln Cent in VG-F, with what looks like strike throught on the reverse for $2.

PICS:

Nice finds. I didn't realize that the prices are that strong! Wow, need to dig my buckets out
    and see what's in them!
That appears to be a nice strike through, grease?

Interesting strike through, bro. (Like "Don't TAZ me, bro!")

I was at my local B&M shop today where I dug through hundreds of "teens" Lincolns that included many 16, 17, 18, and 19 Ds and Ss. "If they aren't VF/XF, don't bother," was the word I got.

    Nice coins, BTW.

Thanks for the replies! I'm happy with them, that 11-D has a real nice strike IMHO, one of the reason's I bought it. The 18-S, I'm not sure if it's a grease filled die, but it might be. Still neat to find on a coin that's an early S mint (even though it's not a key or semi key. image)
