does the reverse color partially compensate for the spot in front of George's eyes?

  • How bad does the spot look in hand?

I would say by today's grading standards that the reverse color would help out a lot. I'm not sure how much of a factor this was with the old ANACS.

Tough since it is not in hand, 2nd set of photos makes me think it is a proof------PF63?
