Prestige Dollar Series are they struck better than regular Proofs?

in U.S. Coin Forum
I see some nice deep struck coins in Prestige sets,from 1983 to 1997 very nice frost cams, are they struck differently than other proof coins?

    Just coincidence that they look better than most.

    Maybe the mint actually hand picked them? Doubt it but maybe.
