Does anyone know or seen a 2008 proof Pres,dollar with a D mint mark?

    After the Texas coin and currency sets, with the TX quarters, I think anything is possible form the mint, anything.

    Impossible. The S-mint proofs get their mint marks from a three-part collar during the strike, while the D mint marks are applied to coins after the strike via an entirely different mechanism.
