I'm not sure about the first one, but the second does not look cut off to me. Here's a photo of one...

The second one is not a cutoff E and the First one is very iffy but both appear to be Peggers!

What value would you give these from the pic's ?

Not much of a premium if at all since neither attribute are currently recognized.

The Pegleg designation is attributable by ANACS and ICG but that won't add any value.

For now, I'd just stick them away for the future reference when you find a nice high grade example.
