He used to be pretty good TTM, have not sent anything out recently or been keeping up with it too much.

Yes, he signs - but almost always personalizes TTM unless the item has other signatures on it. He signed my 73 PGA program beautifully about 8-9 months ago but signed it to Michael - which is cool with me, but may not be if you're sending a real treasure. The only thing he really doesn't sign are golf balls (which stinks because that's what I primarily collect). Good luck. I have a zillion golf success/failures all recorded in various excel docs if anyone ever needs more info about golf TTMs.
