I think if you win any auction you can request to have the label's grade upgraded for a small fee.
I dunno this one seems cleaned to me. Maybe a poor dip job thou.
I guess you could search Heritage and see if you can find any matches and see if the coins match up or not.

Some of the early fakes reported were ANACS problem holders. Buyers bidding on problem coins are likely not going to check that carefully. 1200 fake slabs possibly sold already and buyers happy!? Yikes!
