ya sellers can only leave + feedback now for buyers wich is odd , Cuase how can a seller let ppl know if the buyer is a bad buyer ? like the ones that take longer then a month & never reply...

That argument might work if that's what sellers were actually using feedback for. Instead they were using it to force buyers to do withdrawals. Filing UID's and reporting buyers is more effective than retaliation.
It seems to me that there is no reason for sellers to leave feedback at all under the new system. Why can't ebay just give all buyers a positive automatically and save the sellers time.

You can still get in trouble and kicked from eBay as a buyer thou if you dont pay for items.

In a response to feedback, yes. In a feedback posted for the buyer, no. Negative comments are removed and replaced with "Comment removed by eBay".

Buyers appreciate feedback, and I appreciate my buyers. Why should I punish my customers for eBay's stupidity? Green donuts are free.
