paying for the online pop report?

I've been offline for a few days since my PC got hacked. Now that i can access the web again, i went to check the pop report for a certain card and found that there's now an additional subscription charge to access the online pop report? When did this happen? I thought the service was free as part of a subscription to the Collectors Club.

Are you sure your membership has not expired? I can still see it here and have not paid anything since last July.
