I don't understand can't you still block bidders with less than so many feedbacks and so many negs. I haven't sold anything lately but I do this all the time. Help me here.

Well, if someone is only a buyer, the "block someone with negative feedback score" option becomes useless.

Yeah, that block feature becomes rather ironic. Of course, it was pretty useless anyway. How many buyers actually come along with a minus feedback score?

Fortunately, eBay has expanded the UPI block to 12 months and added an abuse reports block. Both of those are better than the feedback block was.
