Double dies? 1966 & 1968 one cent

Any info will help thanks, the 1966 looks likethe one cent & the building is shifted ..






1968 looks like double die? i had a obw roll an over half of them looked like this one.

The first one is definitely strike doubling, and the second might possibly be die-deterioration doubling, but is still not a true doubled die.
