From what I heard you are not guaranteed a Ryan in an unopened set.

It wasn't just baseball and football cards.
Steve
This is a vintage 1969 "Win-A-Card" Board Game put out by Milton Bradley which came with 1968 Topps Baseball cards. Football and Non Sports cards were also included. The cards came in clear cellophane packs, and it is unclear how many cards actually came with the game. the box reads "Contains a generous supply." I have heard numbers that range from 50-70 baseball cards, and various amount of the other sports, and non sports cards. The 1968 Topps cards that were included with the game are of a different variation to the regular issued Topps cards. The backs of the cards are a bright yellow color as opposed to orange backs. The Mickey Mantle variation is pictured below. This variation has been a mystery to collectors for years. It is rare to find the game with all the cards sealed in the cello packs.
So, one is not guaranteed anything according to this writeup.
