Scam?

Maybe just a dumb seller but looks like they are trying to scam. They state that this is a PSA 7 and try to crop the pic so close that you can not see the flip. The item is not even graded and would be about a PSA 3 if it were graded.

From selling Silver Mesh Halter with bare back to Mantle PSA 7 coins...now what would ever give you that idea?
