When was the last time you found a 1946-D/ Horoz. D in circulation or purchased as a '46-D?

The variety is actually a 1946-D/Inverted D. I have owned several but never found one unattributed. Sold a few, still have some, which are not for sale. A very, very difficult variety to find, IMO significantly rarer than the 1942-D/horizontal D.

Never. But, the odds are they could be found since most don't look for them.
